100 g strudel includes 16 g carbs
Preparation:
1. Place the puff pastry on the surface, roll it out.
2. Preheat oven to 200 C.
3. With a fork mix together the cottage cheese, the yoghurt, the egg, the lemon juice, the salt, semolina and the sweetener. (You can use other sweeteners e.g. Erytrithol, stevia, etc.)
4. Spoon the mixture evenly on the pastry from left to right on the lower side. Starting with the long end roll up to enclose the filling. Place it on a baking tray covered with parchment paper.
5. Bake until golden brown, (20-25 minutes).
The above ingredients were purchased in Hungary. The carb content is calculated on the basis of the items bought in Hungary. I used low calorie sweetener called SÜSSINA in powder form. Calculation is based on the packaging calculations of the items.
